They cover use of this website and the general shape of a rental in Canton and the surrounding area. The written quote or order confirmation you receive from Canton Porta Pros is the document that governs your specific job. Where the two differ, the quote wins.
How do quotes and orders work?
A price shown on this site is a range, not an offer. Ranges move with duration, service frequency, access and how far the drop is from our yard. A quote becomes an order when you confirm it and we schedule a delivery date.
Delivery windows are targets, not guarantees. Weather, road closures and site access can move a drop, and we will tell you when that happens.
Who is responsible for the site and the placement?
You are. Before we arrive, the placement spot needs to be level, reachable by a service truck, and clear of low branches, soft ground and parked vehicles. If a unit cannot be placed where you asked, we will place it at the nearest workable spot and tell you.
If a permit is required for placement on a street or public right of way, obtaining it is your responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
What can and cannot go in the equipment?
Portable toilets take human waste and the paper we supply. Dumpsters take general construction and household debris. Neither takes hazardous waste, solvents, paint, batteries, tyres, appliances containing refrigerant, or anything burning or smouldering.
Overloading a dumpster past the fill line, or putting prohibited material in any unit, can result in a return trip and an additional charge.
Servicing, damage and pickup
Service visits happen on the schedule set in your order. Keep the unit reachable on service day: a blocked unit cannot be pumped, and a missed visit still counts as a visit.
You are responsible for the equipment while it is on your site, including tipping, vandalism and theft, other than damage caused by our own crew. Tell us as soon as you notice damage.
Pickup happens on the agreed end date. If the unit is still needed, call before that date and we will extend it.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Where an account is past due we may suspend service or collect the equipment.
